Broad Sourcing (Deposit Required)

• Should your watch not surface within our private network, we expand our reach. To initiate this broader search, a non-refundable deposit is required.

  • The deposit amount varies depending on the watch in question.

  • It will be applied directly toward the final purchase price.

  • If, within 30 days, we are unable to source a watch that meets your specifications, the deposit is fully refunded.

  • Please note: cancellations or changes of preference are not eligible for refund, as broad sourcing requires significant commitment and resources.

Acquisition & Delivery

• Once we have identified your piece, we will secure it on your behalf and issue a purchase invoice. Every watch is delivered to us first for inspection and verification, ensuring it arrives exactly as described. From there, we ship directly to you via fully insured, priority overnight service.
